Tempered Glass Kitchenware
A cutting board with nowhere for odor to hide.
A 4-piece tempered glass set: two large 16"×12" boards and two small 12"×8" boards. The surface is non-porous, so juice can't get in and odor can't stay behind. Four rubber feet on every piece keep it planted while you cut. And it takes the heat, so it works as a trivet and a serving board too.
- 4-piece set · 2 large + 2 small
- 4 self-adhesive rubber feet included
- Heat-resistant · doubles as a trivet
- Shatterproof · countertop protector

Our Story
Glass isn't a gimmick.
It's the only surface that doesn't absorb.
Wood soaks up water, keeps every knife scar, and eventually goes dark with mold. Plastic scratches from the first week, and those scratches hold onto whatever you cut last. Glass is the one material that is both hard enough to cut on and completely non-porous — juice can't get in, so flavor can't stay behind.
-
Non-porous, so nothing hides in it
No odor, no staining, no lingering juices. Seafood, curry, beets — wipe once and it is clean.
-
Heat resistant — two jobs, one board
A pan straight off the burner can go right on top. It protects the counter from scorch rings too.
-
Four feet is the line between "I can cut" and "I don't dare"
Glass on its own slides. Every board gets four rubber feet, so it stays planted when the knife comes down.
FAQ
The questions we get asked most
Will a glass board dull my knives?
Tempered glass is harder than a knife edge, so heavy chopping on glass will roll an edge faster than wood will. Our honest recommendation: keep the glass boards for fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, pastry, and serving, and keep a wood board for heavy bone-in work. Alternating between the two is the answer.
Do I have to attach the non-slip feet myself?
Yes. The 16 rubber feet ship loose in the box, and you peel the backing off and press one onto each corner of each board. It takes about a minute for the whole set, and then it's done for good.
We ship them separate on purpose: attached feet can shift or get crushed in transit, and a loose foot is easier to replace later if one ever wears out.
Is it really heat resistant? Can it go in the dishwasher?
Tempered glass handles the heat of everyday cooking — a hot pan straight off the stove is fine. What it can't take is extreme thermal shock: going from the freezer straight into boiling water will crack any glass, no exceptions.
It is dishwasher safe, but use the top rack and keep it from knocking against other dishes. Hand-washing is simpler: warm water, a little soap, one wipe.
You say shatterproof — what if it breaks in transit?
Tempered glass breaks into small, blunt granules rather than long sharp shards. That is exactly what makes it the safer choice for a kitchen. We pack it in a double-wall corrugated carton with foam between every board.
If it arrives damaged, send us photos of the outer box and the product within 48 hours of delivery. We ship a replacement or issue a refund — you don't need to send the broken piece back.
